Accommodation in Sälen
Sälen is Sweden's largest ski resort area with 7 downhill ski resorts and numerous cross-country ski trails. Sweden's most famous cross-country ski race, Vasaloppet, starts 5 km south of Sälen, which is where Mannflogården Bed and Breakfast is located.
In the summer, Sälen is a bit quieter and tourists come to enjoy the beautiful Swedish nature. Ski trails are made into walking trails and instead of renting snowmobiles, you can canoe on the river Västerdalälven. The resorts also offer numerous outdoor summer activities.
Mannflogården Bed and Breakfast can accommodate up to twelve people in four apartments. In each apartment, there is a kitchenette, TV, and WC/shower. If you have a laptop, you are welcome to use our wireless internet at no charge. If and when you want breakfast, we bring it to your room. On many occasions, breakfast entertainment includes watching beavers swim in the river.

Unfortunatly, we are fully booked during Vasaloppet 2012. You should get in touch with the tourist information centre in Sälen. They will be able to accommodate you. info@salen.se.
